Description

A eMMC/UFS dump file is the raw image Flash File which can be directly flash to eMMC/UFS. it has all boot partition Files and bootloader files. It is used for repairing Dead Booot or no Boot in existing eMMC/UFS or New eMMC/UFS.

This File Can be flash through any eMMC/UFS Flasher like UFI BOX, Easy JTAG, MIPI Tester etc.

Follow these steps to Flash a Dump File:

    • Download and Extract:
    • Begin by downloading the Dump File and extracting its contents on your computer. Ensure that you have a reliable source for the file to guarantee its authenticity.
    • Open EMMC Flasher Tool:
    • Launch your preferred EMMC Flasher Tool, such as Easy Jtag Plus, UFI BOX, MIPI Tester, or any other compatible tool you have at your disposal.
    • Connect EMMC or UFS IC:
    • Establish a secure connection between your computer and the EMMC or UFS IC (Integrated Circuit). Make sure the connection is stable and the device is recognized by the flasher tool.
    • Identify/Check eMMC:
    • Once the chip is connected, use the flasher tool to click on the “Identify” or “Check eMMC/UFS” option. This step ensures that the tool recognizes the connected EMMC or UFS IC and establishes communication with it.
    • Locate Dump File:

    • Monitor Progress:
    • Keep a close eye on the flashing process. The tool should provide real-time feedback on the progress, and you may see a percentage completion or a progress bar.

    • Once the flashing process is complete, verify that the operation was successful.
  • in some cases, after flashing a dump file, it may be necessary to flash the official firmware as well.
