WZSHOP by Welcome Zone sells custom printed and personalized products including acrylic keychains, photo mugs, house name plates, standees, engraved wooden pencils, metal pens, corporate gift sets, and more. All products can be fully customized with your photo, name, logo, or design.
How do I order a custom keychain or gift in India?
Ordering is simple — just follow these 3 steps: (1) Browse products on wzshop.in and choose your item. (2) Upload your photo, name, or logo, or share design details on WhatsApp. (3) Approve the design mockup, make payment, and we ship it to your address anywhere in India.
What is the delivery time across India?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3–4 days, while remote areas may take up to 7 days. Free shipping is available all over India on all orders.
Do you offer bulk orders for corporate gifting?
Yes! We specialize in bulk orders for corporate gifting starting from 50 pieces, with significant discounts at 100, 200, 300, and 500+ piece quantities. We offer custom logo engraving on metal pens, keychains, notebooks, and complete gift sets. Contact us on WhatsApp for a custom bulk quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Wallet payments through secure gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as all our products are custom-made to order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Since all products are custom-made to order, we don't accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery — we'll raise a claim with the delivery partner and send you a free replacement after verification.
