At wzshop.in, we take pride in offering personalized and custom-made products designed just for you. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.


🚫 No Returns on Customized or Printed Products

Due to the nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Personalized gifts (name/photo/logo printed)

  • Customized acrylic products

  • Printed t-shirts, mugs, or other custom merchandise

  • Made-to-order items prepared specifically as per your request

Once a customized order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.


📦 Returns for Non-Custom Products

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged during transit (with proof within 48 hours)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Photo/video proof of damage is required


💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)

We may replace defective or damaged items with the same item only. Exchange is not available for custom products.
