🚫 No Returns on Customized or Printed Products
Due to the nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Personalized gifts (name/photo/logo printed)

Customized acrylic products

Printed t-shirts, mugs, or other custom merchandise

Made-to-order items prepared specifically as per your request
Once a customized order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
📦 Returns for Non-Custom Products
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item

The item was damaged during transit (with proof within 48 hours)
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Photo/video proof of damage is required
💸 Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)
We may replace defective or damaged items with the same item only. Exchange is not available for custom products.
